IIEE Mission Statement
To develop strategic partnerships with organizations and institutions that focus on education and/or workforce or economic development in order to assist in creating an environment that is conducive to the growth of entrepreneurship in Illinois, with an emphasis on underserved and disadvantaged populations.
Ida Manning, Executive Director of IIEE, with Dr. Harold Welsch, Chair of The Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University after receiving an award and being recognized for excellence in support of entrepreneurship education. Several hundred attended the 25th anniversary of The Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University, which acknowledged many individuals and organizations for their work in entrepreneurship.
